1. Service Provider

2. Scope of Services

Services offered include individual coaching, mentoring sessions, online programs and educational materials (e-books). Coaching is a personal and professional development process and does not constitute psychological therapy or a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

Sessions are booked through the Calendly platform. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made or agreed in writing with the provider.

4. Pricing and Payments

The price of each service is communicated to the client before booking confirmation. Payments are made by bank transfer with invoice or by card through a secure payment gateway.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are completely free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. The coach will not disclose any personal data or session content to third parties without the client's explicit consent.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies and content provided by Enrique Dohnal are his intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without express authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The coach does not guarantee specific results. Coaching outcomes depend on the client's commitment and effort. Enrique Dohnal is not responsible for decisions made by the client as a result of sessions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts.
